Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens are very versatile and can be used with great effect on a wide variety of coloring materials. In this tutorial we will explore coloring with Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens on a range of card and papers.
Vellum:
Here the flower stamps have been applied to vellum paper with clear embossing ink and embossed with Stampendous Frantage Embossing Powder – Shabby Pink and Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens have been painted within the embossed lines.

The completed, cut out and assembled vellum flowers.
Stamping Card:
For this project Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens have been painted directly to the stamp and then applied to the bookmark project. A small spritz of water was added to the inked stamp, to assist with spread of the pigment. Extra sparkle detail was added to the unpainted areas of the images with Crystal Clear Sparkle pen.
Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens used: Emerald Green, Blue Topaz, Pink Garnet, Crystal Clear.
Centura Pearl:
A floral folder has been embossed onto Centura Pearl Card – snow white silver. Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens have been applied directly to all of the debossed sections of the project.
